WHY AM I NOT GETTING UP VOTES AND FOLLOWERS?

Good day steemians, I go by the name Kwesi Kendrick I’ve been here not long ago but always online here .
I’ve realized something here which is bothering me.We have almost about 6000 members in this great platform and for the look of things I see things moving up well.

Not to forget,A friend of mine @shylock2002 introduced me to this great platform.He guided me with the registration and told me more about this platform .And now I’m a member here

Recently I made an introduction post.which I was thinking members are going to like the type of stuffs I do,but unfortunately I didn’t see any votes

It is just my friend who introduced me to this platform that gave me 1 votes 🥺
This is soo sad. I have a great passion for this platform and I’m willing to invite more friends to this place so that they join

I wish people would see this and do something about this .because I’m very down when i came to see this.
