Insect on a leaf!

Hello everyone! How are you?
I went wandering around the corn field to look for insects to be photograph. While walking I saw this insect on the corn leaf. I don't know the name of this insect. But it looks like a bee and also like a fly. I'm confused! But no matter what, I got some good photos of it.
