Green juices are a nutrient bomb, that's what I was writing about these days. I like them and I try to drink them often. I drink moringa every day, I take the seed out of the pod and take it as a pill, I also make tea from the leaves. It's definitely excellent for your health. Thank you for sharing, @amy-goodrich.

Thanks for stopping by. Keep up the green juice habit. They are so good for you. Have you tried to add moringa leaves to stews, soups. Dressings, etc.... So good. Have a beautiful day
