Steem engagement challenge-s7/w4| The era I would love to travel with the time machine.

in Incredible Indialast year

If I were to visit the past, what era would I want to live in and why? This question is as complicated as possible for me. I would like to visit each of the epochs and only after seeing them choose the right one. But if I have only one choice, it will be the age of antiquity. She was the most interesting to me. In history class, I always listened with curiosity to the teacher when discussing this topic.

During this period, "cuneiform writing" was invented at the very beginning, it is interesting that it was invented by the Sumerians (an ancient people of unknown origin). Antiquity began with the invention of the first civilizations in the 5th century AD. It was during this period that religions and laws began to be created, which serve us to this day. I would like to go back to that time and change our lives a little bit. I, as a time traveler, would already know what to change if, for example, there were no wars. Would I live in those days? I'd probably have to stay there for a while to "stand out" from the crowd. It would have taken me a while to get the people to support me. "I think it would be worth a candle." This could prevent many unpleasant situations in later periods. In my opinion, all these wars were by ill-established law. Of course, religions have also contributed to this.

Many battles and other unpleasant situations have been through them. People don't know what's most important in life. They get themselves into trouble for nothing. We must help each other and remember that it is not race, age, gender, or religion that makes us human, but how we behave towards another human being. For example, if a Catholic goes to church every week but does not respect the other person, is he still a Catholic? On paper, of course, but in the heart, there is another who does it for show. Doing something in front of an audience doesn't make us good people, remember !! To sum up my post today, there is a lot of truth here. It's up to you what you're gonna be.

Good luck 🙂

Politics (from the point of view of partisanship) and religions have always brought a lot of controversy, that is why they are undesirable topics in many cases. I believe that people are not better or worse according to their religion, but according to what they have in their heart and their actions.

I wish that by traveling in time they could avoid wars, it would save a lot of suffering.

Greetings and success.

Thank you for your answer :) you have a similar perspective to me. I am pleased to read such comments, and as for politics, it has always been and will be incomprehensible to us

Hello @ewela,

I enjoyed reading your post about the Steem Engagement Challenge S7 W4 and your desire to travel with a time machine. Time travel is a fascinating concept, and it would be amazing to see different eras and events firsthand. You have a very thoughtful perspective on the past and the impact that history has had on the world. I agree that the invention of writing and the creation of religions and laws in antiquity played a major role in shaping the world we live in today.

It's interesting to think about the idea of going back in time and making changes to prevent wars and other negative events. However, changing the course of history is a complex and uncertain process, and it's difficult to predict the outcomes of such actions.

thank you for your answer ;) of course going back in time to prevent wars would be rather hard to do, but it's worth having dreams :)

That's a really interesting perspective, @ewela! It's true that we should live our lives according to our values and not just for show. It's so important to remember that our behavior is what defines us and not what we look like or what group we belong to.

The age of antiquity is definitely an interesting topic. It is so fascinating to think about what life was like during that period and the changes that occurred that are still impacting us today. It's a great reminder that we can learn a lot from our past and use it to inform our decisions in the present. I think it's really important to take the time to educate ourselves on the different epochs and reflect on how they have shaped our world.

Regards, @fabiha

Thank you for your comment :) Of course we should live normally with each other. Unfortunately, not everyone can, so many people live only for show and that's why we have such an unpleasant society

Antiquity has always been a lot of thought for me, maybe that's why we live in public now. Who knows ?

Thank you, friend!

The Sumerians are said to have been like Gods. Interesting

because they are a species of people of unknown origin so you can tell anything about them :)
