We come to the end of the second week of the tournament. Here I am with the result of the second innings of the tournament- 2023
maneuvering inside the community.
After scrutinizing the comments closely and equitably,
- I found the winner of the second quarterfinal is Team-3 @sampabiswas.
By defeating team-1 by 8 runs.
Team-2 is far away from other two teams.
As per the discussion, the other two will accumulate one more chance to perform with other teams to equip themselves for the semi-final.
But after the semi-final, I will only select two teams;
who will perform in the final match.

Like the first quarter-final this week also, I didn't count the reserve players.

যেকোনো প্রতিযোগিতায় হার জিত থাকবে এটাই স্বাভাবিক। একদল হারবে আরেকদল বিজয়ী হবে। এটাই প্রতিটি প্রতিযোগিতায় আনন্দের জায়গা।
যেকোনো প্রতিযোগিতায় বিজয়ী হলে খুব আনন্দ হয়। আমাদের টিম বিজয়ী হয়ছে।এতে আমার ভীষণ আনন্দ হচ্ছে। এটা আমি বা শুধু একজনের দ্বারা সম্ভব হয়নি, সপ্তাহ জুড়ে সবার করে যাওয়া ক্ষুদ্র ক্ষুদ্র পরিশ্রমের ফল এটি।
বাকি টিমগুলোর প্রতি শুভকামনা রইল।
বিজয় দলকে অনেক অনেক অভিনন্দন ও শুভেচ্ছা। আপনারা অনেক পরিশ্রম করেছেন এবং তার ফলও পেয়েছেন। টিম ওয়ার্ক হিসেবে আপনাদের কাজ ছিল দুর্দান্ত। তাহলে আপনারা জয়ী হতেন এটাই নিশ্চিত ছিল। আপনাদের জয়ের জন্য আবারো আপনাদেরকে অনেক অভিনন্দন জানাচ্ছি।
এটা সত্যিই অনেক বেশি exciting ছিল যখন দেখলাম আমাদের টিম এ সপ্তাহের বিজয়ী টিম।আমরা আমাদের প্রত্যেকের জায়গা থেকে যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করেছি এবং ফাইনালি আমরা এটার ভালে ফল পেলাম।আমার টিম মেটদের আমার পক্ষ থেকে অনেক অনেক অভিনন্দন। আমরা সামনের সপ্তাহেও ভালো করার চেষ্টা করব।আজকের ফলাফল টা আমার কাছে SSC পরীক্ষার ফলাফল প্রকাশের মতোই exciting ছিল। সবাইকে আবারও শুভেচ্ছা রইল। ভালো থাকবেন।।
দেখে খুবই ভালো লাগছে যে আমাদের টিম উইনার হয়েছে।। আমি একটা জিনিস বিশ্বাস করি কষ্ট করলে এর ফল নিশ্চয়ই পাওয়া যায়।। অনেক আশা ছিল যে আমাদের টিম ফার্স্ট হবে ইনশাআল্লাহ আমরা ফার্স্ট হয়েছি।।
এখন আমাদের টার্গেট পরবর্তী সপ্তাহে যেন আমরা আমাদের কার্যক্রম এভাবেই এগিয়ে নিয়ে যেতে পারি।।
আর সকলের প্রতি অনেক অনেক শুভেচ্ছা রইল। আমি আশা করি আমরা সকলেই অনেক ভাল কাজ করেছি। কিন্তু উইনার একজন হবে তাই বলে বাকিরা খারাপ করেছে এটা আমার কাছে মনে হয় না।।
খুব আনন্দ লাগছে যে আমাদের টিম উইনার হয়েছে। আমরা আমাদের প্রত্যেকের জায়গা থেকে যথেষ্ট চেষ্টা করেছি এবং তার ফলাফলে ভালো পেলাম । আমার টিম মেম্বারদের অনেক অনেক অভিনন্দন এবং আন্তরিক ভালবাসা যে এই টিমটা জেতার জন্য হাড্ডাহাড্ডি লড়াই করেছে। এবং সেই লড়াইয়ে বিজয়ী হয়েছে। সকলের জন্য অনেক অনেক শুভেচ্ছা রইল।
সত্যি খুব ভালো লাগছে দেখে যে দ্বিতীয় সপ্তাহে আমাদের টিম জিতেছে। এই জেতাটা আমাদের মোটিভেট করবে পরিশ্রম আরো বাড়ানোর জন্য। কঠোর পরিশ্রমের সত্যি কোনো বিকল্প নেই। বাকি দুটো টিমের জন্য আমার তরফ থেকে পরবর্তী সপ্তাহের উদ্দেশ্যে শুভকামনা রইলো।
এই সপ্তাহে বিজয়ী হয়ে অনেক বেশি আনন্দ লাগছে। প্রথম সপ্তাহে জিততে পারিনি বলে মনটা খুব খারাপ হয়েছিল। কিন্তু আমার টিম মেম্বাররা এই সপ্তাহেও প্রথম সপ্তাহের মতোই পরিশ্রম করেছেন। আমার পক্ষ থেকে আমি সবাইকে ধন্যবাদ জানাই পরিশ্রম করার জন্য। সবাইকে অনুরোধ করবো এইভাবেই পরিশ্রম করার জন্য যাতে আগামী সপ্তাহেও আমরা জয়লাভ করতে পারি। ভালো থাকবেন।
টুর্নামেন্ট এ নিজের টিমকে বিজয়ী হতে দেখে অনেক আনন্দিত বোধ হচ্ছে।। আমার সকল টিম মেম্বার দের এবং টিম ক্যাপটেন ম্যাম এর জন্য অনেক অনেক শুভকামনা।।
ইনশাআল্লাহ চেষ্টা করবো এর থেকে আরো দ্বিগুণ চেষ্টা করতে এবং সামনের সপ্তাহে ও নিজেদের নাম বিজয়ীর তালিকায় রাখতে।।
