Hello Friends, how are you all doing. Hope you all are good, it's a pleasure hearing from you all again Today.

Actually it is not an easy one serving the Nigerian Students in the Student Union Government of any citadel of learning, because so many things are involved.

Having received a report on the unruly behavior and violent molestation of our students by a Landlord today, The House Committee on Off Campus Affairs in conjunction with the House Committee on Security went on investigation to the Scene of the reported incident.

After getting complaints from our students who were molested and mercilessly beaten by thugs hired by their landlord, we judiciously followed Article 2 Section 11 of our constitution by reporting first to our security unit who in turn handed over the case to the Umuariaga Security Council.

The President General, Umuariaga who was represented by his vice pleaded with the students and urged us to come back today for immediate legal actions.

Citing Article 2, Section 8 of our constitution, the SUG has a mandate of condemning all forms of injustice and violation of human dignity and with what we saw , we have been moved in our spirits to react and defend these Nigerian Students.

So many years before now our students residing around the school precisely@umuariga has been marginalized, brutalized with no person's intervening on their behalf.

Sometime ago I was very much opportune to witness a situation whereby an indigene and a student had a misunderstanding but the issues was actually resolved in the favour of the indigene without no fair hearing.

Which is a very bad one but this time around we never gave room for this kind of issues to happen again.

The student union swang into action immediately by visiting the king of umuariaga, whom welcomed the student union government and thanked us for not taking laws into our hands.

which he gave us his words that this very complains will be handled immediately and this very landlord was summoned and Queried for the bad attitude against a Nigerian student, whom in his goodwill decided to live in his house.

So with all the honorable members on ground which made villagers understand this very particular Admistration led by @Hon. Cmr. CHUKWUMA OGOCHUKWU is their to represent the entire Nigerian Students at large and not leaving anybody behind.

This was how I spend my day once again am happy to hear from my fellow steemians.
