I'm delighted to be here once again to participate in the debate contest, but before I proceed, I do love to say Hi! to all the amazing steemians in the house, and @sahmie for actively coming up with interesting debate topics every week.

It's not news that our world is passing through difficult situations. Years ago, we heard of global warming but as we sleep and wake up, it has already reached our doorsteps. This global warming has already found a place in the world we live in today. As such, we as humans and other living things are finding life challenging.

The reason is that whatever that affects our environment, also affects us either directly or indirectly. Someone might want to know the causes of this global warming. I believe the presence of plastic rubbers which contributes to pollution in our environment is one of the major causes.

Now the question is, since plastic rubber is polluting our environment, should it be banned? Well, based on the opinions of many people, it should be banned. But looking at it from another angle, it is clear to us that thousands of the things we use today come in plastic rubbers. Which ranges from creams, juice, water, and other things we enjoy.

That means if plastic rubber should be banned, then all the companies using plastic rubbers will have to find a substitute or alternative to plastic rubber. If that is the case, what substitute do you think they will use that will not be a pollution to our environment? Keep in mind that most of them will start using alternatives like nylon, and from all indications, nylon is more rampant and pollutive to our environment.

I also want you to recall that plastic rubbers are what most of us use for the storage of many things at home. For instance, we use this plastic rubbers to save our salt, sugar, sobo, kunu, herbal medicine, etc. Most of us even use them as nursery beds to grow flowers and trees at an early stage. are we sure that if plastic rubber is now banned, we can use it substitute to do all those things mentioned.

Let us not forget that plastic rubber is one of the things that can easily be recycled. And of course, each of us recycles it every day. Because as we use it to store or grow flowers, we are recycling it. From the picture above, you can see that I have used plastic rubber to make storage for my writing materials. That's recycling.

In conclusion, I stand against the opinion that plastic rubber should be banned Because it is easy to recycle. As such, substituting it with another material will do more harm to our environment rather than good. In that case, recycling plastic rubber should be encourages rather than banning it.

Thanks for going through. I now invite @josepha, @bossj23, and @dave-hanny to participate.
