Gram flour is very important for our skin and hair care. It has many benefits, some are:
- Gram flour has gritty texture, that is why it is a great natural exfoliator that helps smoother, brighter skin by removing dead skin cells.
- It is beneficial for skin in oil control.
- It has antimicrobial qualities which can help in the management of acne and stop it in future.
- Gram flour make our skin lightens. It can make pigmentation and dark patches which make our skin more beautiful.
- Gram flour removes tan and help to make our skin more attractive.
- We can make our skin soothes by using gram flour.
- Gram flour is used to cleansing our hairs. It works like a shampoo.
- It is used to controls dandruff in our hairs and maintain a healthy scalp.
- We can make our hair shiny and promote growth by using gram flour.
At the end I would like to say that the incorporating gram flour into our skincare and hair care routine, it can lead to healthier, more radiant skin and hair.

Gram flour Face Mask |

| 1 | Gram Flour. | 2 table spoon |
| 2 | Honey | 1 table spoon |
| 3 | Yogurt (for oily skin) or milk (for dry skin) | 2 table spoon |
| 4 | Rose water | 1 table spoon |
Steps |

(a). Pick a small bowl and mix the gram flour, yogurt or milk and honey until we get a smooth paste.
(b). If we see the mixture is too thick, we can add a few drops of rosewater to adjust it.
(c). After that cleanse our face with water and pat dry.
(d). Then apply the gram flour Face mask to our face and neck, avoiding the area of our eyes.
(e). Wait for about 20 minutes, let it to dry.
(f). When mask is dry, wet your fingertips with water and gently massage your face in circular motions for three minutes.
(g). After this wash our face low warm water, then splash your face with cold water to close the pores.
- Pat the skin dry and enjoy your glowing and shiny skin.
