Manchester United drop out of INCONSISTENT ZONE

Manchester United continue a fine display of entertaining football yesterday at old Trafford where they hosted Newcastle in their 25th match in the English Premier League. I believe the fans are not the only ones enjoying United's urge for victory because the players are not under pressure, they just play to enjoy every bit of the game for the whole 90 minutes.

It's been a while I saw United gather up to 70% of the ball possession in the match, yesterday we saw some go as far as getting 72% of the possession and this shows how much fun they had dominating on their soil.

The first leg ended 4-1 in favor of Manchester and I wasn't much from the Newcastle side as they struggle with three points away from the relegation zone. They sit 17th spot on the table with three points above Fulham and their chances of surviving the zone is low because the team is currently not in a good shape.

Yesterday, the first half of the match ended 1-1 and we thought it could be one of those matches where United allowed their inconsistency to decide the outcome of the match for them but the second half took a different style, United were able to get the victory by scoring twice in the second 45 minutes.

Marcus Rashford got the opener in the 30th minute of the match but the lead was canceled by Saint-Maximin strike for Newcastle in the 36th minute, Daniel James put United ahead again in the 57th minutes and Bruno Fernandez sealed the victory in the 75th minute from the spot-kick as Newcastle conceded a penalty for tripping Marcus Rashford in the box.
