Indian Masala Dosa
Masala dosa is very popular in India and it is a variety of the South Indian dosa. Masala dosa originates in Tuluva Mangalorean cuisine of Indian State Karnataka.
Because It originated from Karnataka in South India, it is more popular in South India. But, Masala dosa can be found in many other parts of the country and abroad also.
In South India, the preparation of masala dosa varies from city to city.[3]
Masala Dosa comes with many variations like Rava masala dosa, Paper masala dosa, Mysore masala dosa, Cheese masala dosa, Onion masala dosa, etc.
The key ingredients to make it is rice, potato, fenugreek, lentils, ghee and curry leaves. It is served with sambar and chutneys.
