I want to start giving some music towards this project. " First publishing must be on Steem blockchain." rule throws me off a little tho. Does this mean I can upload to You Tube but if it's a public video on You Tube I can't use it here? Even if all other rules apply and I share on social media. I really want to try and get a live jam together for you but don't want to break rules

I've seen all the videos here, trust me they are outstanding with their voice & instrument. In that case, I was able to win someone's heart only by singing without any instrument.
