Okoy for snack!

Let's cook Okoy for snack!
Okoy is a native delicacy here in the Philippines. It's a mixture of different ingredients that is deep fried. You can make Okoy out of ripe squash fruit or banana heart. But this time we're going to use ripe squash fruit.
What we are going to are the following:
- Scraped ripe squash fruit.
- Chopped onions
- Eggs
- Salt and Pepper
- Canned cornbeef (optional)
- Flour
The procedure of this delicacy is simple. Just put all the ingredients together in a mixing pan.
Then mix them all up.
If they are all mixed up together, you can start frying. Just make a small round shapes then put them in deep fryer.
When all is fried already, you can serve your cooked okoy and enjoy a delicious snack. All you have to say is Okoy is okay!
