Today is Saturday, the last day of a week. Since it’s Saturday, we can post variety of things here in steemkids community, As such I have decided to make a post relating to crypto.

Today, I will be sharing with us, how to buy USDT using the peer2peer method on Binance application.

In some countries, like mine (Nigeria)there is a ban on the use of crypto currency, and as such we cannot buy or sell directly from our various local banks. To solve this problem, the peer2peer system came into existence.

Peer2peer is a unique method where two parties can exchange assets, money, data as well as information without involving a central authority.

To further explain, I have a specific amount of steem I want to sell for cash, I will have to look for someone with cash that needs to buy the amount of steem I have to sell. It could be seen as trade by barter, although peer2peer is done Electronically. Binance application amongst others supports the peer2peer system.

You cannot have a knowledge of crypto without knowing how to use one of the most popular applications known as Binance.

There are basically two methods one can buy USDT on Binance. They include;

• Express Method
• P2P method.

How to Buy USDT USING Binance Express Method

• I logged into my Verified Binance account

• on the Home page, select the P2P trading option

• select the P2P drop down button to see the options

• on the next page, input amount, and change the crypto option to cash.

• After inputting the necessary details, click on Buy and then confirm purchase.

• once the confirm option is confirmed, a seller’s account details will be displayed, and then the buyer is expected to pay for the amount of USDT they want. After payment he is expected to state it that he has paid. On receiving the cash, the seller is expected to release the crypto to the buyer.

Buying USDT using the Binance P2P method

• on the homepage, click on P2P trading option

• The next page will display various available options where you can buy. All you have to do is scroll through and select the one within the range you want to buy.

• once you have seen your range, click on the payment option. The next page will show where you will input amount of USDT you want to buy.

• once you have input the amount of USDT you want, click on the payment option, an account number of the seller will be displayed. Once you have paid into their local bank, your USDT will appear in your spot wallet.

Note: the major difference between the Express method and P2P method is that, In Express method, you will be automatically matched with a person that has what you want, while in the P2P method, you will have to scroll through, to find the range of what you want.
