Natural resources of a region/place/country are the resources that are found in that region naturally and not produced. These resources can be things like oil, coal, gold, etc. They are usually gathered by humans and used to produce products or services. Some examples of natural resources include water, land, forests, minerals and stuff like that.

I am living in Pakistan and this country is richly equipped with natural resources of different forms and kinds. Here we see many types of Pink salts found in the country. We also have warm water ocean that is used for trading through out the year. Province Baluchistan has very huge amount of copper found there . Moreover, there are valuable deposits of diamonds in Sindh and Karachi. Lastly, Pakistan has a very rich oil and gas reserves that can be exploited for generations to come.

National resources are the resources that are found by a particular nation or people of a certain region. These resources can be used for different purposes and can help contribute to the economy of a country. I will share some uses of these national resources with my friends so they get to know their importance and purpose.

When a nation has their own national resources they do not need to spend their money to import those items from outside the country.

When we have naturally occuring national resources we can sell them to other countries and make a lot of money.

We can use these resources to build factories and other businesses in our country which will create jobs for the people.

When we have natural resources we can use them to provide energy to our country.

Lastly, we can use these resources to help us become a powerful country in the world.

What body regulates the extraction of natural resources in your country In pakistan PMDC which means Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation which works under Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan regulates the extraction of natural resources.
