Good morning everyone, this morning I will share a delicious recipe for home cooking, of course, rich in good vitamins for the growth of your little one and your beloved family

Selamat pagi semuanya, pagi ini saya akan membagikan resep lezat rumahan kekinian, tentunya kaya akan vitamin yang baik untuk tumbuh kembangnya sikecil dan keluarga tercinta

kali ini saya akan coba mengolah makanan laut seperti kerang, cumi-cumi, udang dengan toping saus padang, makanan tersebuat mengandung mineral seperti kalsium, mengandung kalori, lemak, protein, magnesium, fosfor, kalium zinc dan lainnya, sehingga membantu pembentukan sel dan jaringan tubuh, membantu produksi hormon tiroid, menjaga kesehatan tulang dan gigi, menyehatkan jantung dan lainnya.

  • kali ini saya akan coba mengolah makanan laut seperti kerang, cumi-cumi, udang dengan toping saus padang, makanan tersebuat mengandung mineral seperti kalsium, mengandung kalori, lemak, protein, magnesium, fosfor, kalium zinc dan lainnya, sehingga membantu pembentukan sel dan jaringan tubuh, membantu produksi hormon tiroid, menjaga kesehatan tulang dan gigi, menyehatkan jantung dan lainnya.

Here's how to process these seafood
tools and materials

  • squid 1/2 kg
  • clams 1/2 kg
  • shrimp 1/2 kg
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 pieces of corn
  • broccoli
  • cauliflower
  • 2 stalks of green onions
  • chilli sauce

fine material

  • 4 red onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 10 curly chilies
  • 10 white peppercorns

berikut cara mengolah makanan laut tersebut
alat dan bahan

  • cumi 1/2 kg
  • kerang 1/2 kg
  • udang 1/2 kg
  • telur 2 butir
  • wortel 1buah
  • jagung 2 buah
  • brokoli
  • bunga kol
  • daun bawang 2 batang
  • saus cabe

bahan halus

  • 4 siung bawang merah
  • 1 siung bawang putih
  • 2 buah tomat
  • 10 buah cabe keriting
  • 10 biji lada putih

How to make:

  1. Sauté the fine ingredients with a little cooking oil, wait until it boils and is slightly cooked.
  2. then add all the vegetables that have been cut according to taste, then stir until blended.
  3. add clams, squid and prawns, then stir until smooth, add a little water to make gravy and wait for it to boil.
  4. if the sudan boils, add salt, a little flavoring and sauce, then stir again.
  5. the processing stage, add the eggs and stir so that the eggs are covered, making the seafood sauce a little thicker and more delicious.
  6. The seafood is ready to be served.

Cara membuat:

  1. tumis bahan halus dengan sedikit minyak goreng, tunggu sampai mendidih dan sedikit matang.
  2. kemudian masukkan semuah sayuran yang telah dipotong sesuai dengan selera, kemudian aduk sampai rata.
  3. masukkan kerang, cumi serta udang, lalu aduk sampai rata, masukkan sedikit air supaya berkuah dan tunggu sampai mendidih.
  4. jika sudan mendidih masukkan garam, sedikit penyedap dan saus, kemudian aduk kembali.
  5. tahap trakir masukkan telur dan aduk supaya telur tersubut membuat kuah makanan laut sedikit mengental dan bertambah lezat.
  6. makanan laut tersebut siap disajikan
