This marks my first day doing The Diary Game here on Steemit. I remembered the time during the first post of the @SteemitBlog about #The100daysOfSteem where I have already shown my support even though there were some major downvotes from the pissed-off whales / dolphins. I was given the chance to show how amazing I am when I have applied to be an ambassador to the Philippines on APPICS. Right now it is a success and have been actively serving my countrymen thru motivation, support and guidance on how to be successful there.

My Core Competencies Applying To Be A Steemit Country Representative:

I am honored being offered by my fellow community members and seize the moment to become one of the most prestigious jobs as a content evaluator here in this first ever crypto-social blogging platform.
My Loyalty to this platform has already been proven and tested over the years as I have been very active since Day 01 up to this moment. (Joined Steemit last November 2017)

I have been supportive and participating every activities offered to all steemians for us to be active. The fire burning inside my heart helping others is still blazing as I accepted the post to become an Ambassador in APPICS driven and motivated by my friends here on Steemit itself.

I have been a Quality Assurance Specialist for a year and a half and will be applying my skills here to evaluate each content that would come across my sight and provide authors an honest to goodness feedback for them to be able to become the best versions of themselves as they continue to swim this ocean of opportunities only on the Steemit platform and the one it supports.

I will ensure that I will be able to check all the quality guidelines as the basis of my curation. This would emphasize the standards of quality is always being met by all content creators.

I have always been motivating fellow members of the community to strive further to get noticed by establishing engaging activities for them to develop a genuine connection with each other members as well.

I have ensured that each and every members of the community is highly motivated to participate in all the activities that I see and let everyone get notified for all updates.

My experience being immersed in the corporate level of environment will be my edge to ensure that integrity and work ethics is still being observed because this will involve a certain amount of denominations in terms of rewards.

I will continue to onboard people to ensure growth of the platform and expect mass adoption in the near future as it already has started.

I will always engage with any movement that would stop plagiarism, content-recycling and multi-cross posting to several social media platforms.

I will project the sense of helpfulness to all members so that they will set a good example to each and every members of the community.

Respect is earned and not being given for FREE. In order to gain the respect of the community members, I will exude a personality worthy of their respect.

I may not be better just like the previous curators before who were able to establish a solid name in the blogging industry but I will always consider that each day is an unending cycle of learning. Being a curator will give me a chance to continue to enjoy the platform while giving recognition to everyone who deserve it.

I am so happy the @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02 were able to drop by my contest posts for me to be able to acknowledge everyone who tries their best to become active even though a lot has already transferred to Hive. I was able to let them become hyperactive thru appics. Until such time there will be a blockchain switch but will still ensure cross-posting to STEEMIT and APPICS will be observed.

As per the guidelines set by the Steemit Team (or requirements, let's check each item if I will be the be best candidate to fit one out of the 30 slots.

Being able to demonstrate a clear commitment to the promotion and growth of Steem
Absolutely yes! I was able to make all my steemit friends active again

Being regularly active on Steem through posting, commenting or curating
I post 2-3 times a day and upvote 20-30 times and post comments most of the times and engage genuinely to each members

Not being involved in actively promoting or supporting other similar blockchains
Currently also have an instant account on HIVE due to the fork but not really active there and just sustain the power I got which is the same as amount of steem power before
If appics will in the future have their own blockchain, as an ambassador, I will be promoting the option to post on using the Steem Blockchain and APPICS of course.

Having a wide experience and knowledge of how the Steem blockchain works
Not only with the Steemit Blockchain but any other blockchain thru my extensive years of experience being in the Crypto space since 2016
Having some level of support or following from other Steemians in your country
If 1,400 followers isn't enough yet then I will still continue to be a good role-model to gain more followers

Not powering down except in exceptional circumstances
I have powered down only once here on steemit and that was way back 2018 or 2019
Cents that I get here doesn't make me frustrated and push myself further to become better all the time

Not being a user of bidbots except in exceptional circumstances
I have tried using bidbots twice or thrice last 2018 only.

Having at least a working level of written English, or being proficient in using an instant translator like Google Translate.
English is the medium I always use without exemption working in a call center since Year 2008 and I even think in English at all times even going to the bathroom or about to sleep.

Thank you for checking my application to continue serving my fellow Filipinos. If I will become the lucky one being chosen to take this post, I will still continue my passion for helping people out because as a Customer Service Representative, compassion and service is innately within our hearts. It is not a skill that can be enhanced but just can be sparked any time.

Additional Edge That I Currently Have That Could Make Me Bag The Goal:

I have participated into some charitable movements / activities that our mini-community has initiated. I have ensured that all funds was audited and given to the beneficiaries. I have also monitored their activities after which the funds were disbursed.

Being a curator would need a strong sense of responsibility to set the level of Quality. Therefore I should also be sharing posts that has high level of quality and not just dwell on mediocrity.

Integrity should always be the primary requirement of a country representative. If fraud is present in one organization or platform then it is like a time-bomb that would make a powerful system crumble in the near future.

I may have been regarded as being biased at one certain event just recently but then I raised the issue to the team members so they can be aware and not just use the privilege and let them decide. Turned out to be the best thing because even without their support, the post was recognized thru the main blockchain it was originally shared. Things like these that happened would always be a great example not to do the same mistakes again and learn from it. Being objective in deciphering a total package in a post would really motivate people to push their limits in making themselves better as time goes by.

I have not left Steemit, still became active and never even powered down which is clearly a sign of LOSING THEIR GRIP and WITHDRAWING THE SUPPORT to the platform. I am still here when everybody else is already on the other side.

I have been the Top Referrer Of APPICS last March to April which means I have invited a lot of people to be here in the steemit community that time. I have won a good amount of prize which is a huge amount of delegated power to support myself and also the newcomers. I still onboard more people up to this time and will still continue to do so.
