Lost steem coins

Hello community, I have recently transferred some coins blindly to blocktrades only to be advised that Justin sun's puppet witnesses blocked blocktrades they tagged me to this site https://hive.blog/blocktrades/@blocktrades/blocktrades-discontinuing-support-for-steem
Can anyone help as I feel have lost my coins. any help will be appreciated. Thanks
