Contest Announcement: If I were to be a Curator

Hi steemians,
I welcome you all to this wonderful contest. As the engagement challenge for season 5 continues, we want to also keep our community as busy as always. For that reason, we have come up with a very interesting contest that will help curators and those aspiring to be one to air out their opinion.

One of the applications that take place every month on the steemit platform is the application of being a curator. Most times we see a large number of people applying for this position.

Recently, I have had a few chats with a steemian who says that the curation teams and the chief curators are biased and are only ignoring the quality post he is making and voting on posts that are of less quality such as diary games and others. This is where the inspiration for this contest came from. What do you think about this statement?

CONTEST HINTS

What do you understand by the word curation?
Which is your favourite curation team for November? Give reasons for your selection.
If you are in any of these curation teams, what difference will you make?
Do you consider your post a quality one? Give reasons for your answers.
Is SC01 and SC02 partial or are they been just when curating articles? Give reasons for your answers.
If you were SC01 or SC02, what type of article would you be curating? Give reasons for your answers.

CONTEST RULES

The title of your article must be "If I were to be a Curator"
Mention me @simonnwigwe in any part of your post so that I can easily see your entry.
Article must contain at least 300 words.
Your article must be published in the @steem4nigeria community.
You must be following either of the following clubs #club5050 #club75 #club100
To be part of steem growth, every participant should set either 25% to @null or 10% to @steem4nigeria (Optional)
Use the hashtags among your first four tags #simonnwigwe-c2, #steemgrowth, #steemexclusive, #yourcountry
Invite at least three users to also participate in the contest and drop the link of your entry as a comment on this post.
The contest will run until 11:59 pm UTC on Sunday 13th November 2022

CONTEST REWARD

A total of 20 steem power will be distributed to the best 3 participants in the ratio of 10:6:4, this will increase if we get more support.
There may be booming support for more outstanding articles and the community curator will also vote on all valid entries.

CONTEST SCORING STANDARD

Only #steemexclusive articles will be considered
Post layout I.e markdown will be taken into consideration.
Images must be your own or free-source images

CONCLUSION

We will like to see your opinions about the topic under consideration. We all may have been spoting some lapses or mistakes from the curators and we sincerely want these mistakes to be corrected at all costs. We have the opportunity to speak our minds via this contest. To the curators, there may be some changes you may want the team to also implement. This is an avenue to also speak out. I wish everyone success.
