Resolving Conflicts Among People
In as much as people still live together on this planet earth, we cannot rule out conflicts among ourselves. The only way you can total eliminate provocation is by isolating yourself from the society because even if you don't want to step on people's toes, some people will still put their toes on your path for you to tread upon.
Despite the annoyance and irritation we receive from people constantly, we can choose to live above them. Just like the popular proverb that says you can't stop birds from flying but you can stop them from casting their nets on your head, so we can't stop people from annoying us but we can decide to deal with it the way we want to.
I have been able to resolve some conflicts between two parties and most of the times when each of them explained his or her bone of contention, I would realised that it was just a mere misunderstanding between them. If only they have sat down to talk it out instead of bottling it up and keeping the bottle in a freezer.
Do you have a quarrel with someone or someone has offended you? It will do you good if you can settle score with them. Even if the person won't let it go, your mind will be at peace and you will continue to live more positively.
