Today I made Beef, Potato, and Mixed Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound (450g) beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced into small cubes
2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, green beans, etc.), fresh or frozen
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prep Ingredients:
    Thinly slice the beef against the grain.
    Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
    Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
    If using fresh, mixed vegetables, chop them into bite-sized pieces. If using frozen, thaw them.

  2. Season the beef.
    Combine the sliced beef in a bowl with salt, pepper, paprika, dried thyme, and rosemary. Toss well to coat the beef evenly with the spices.

  3. Sauté the beef:
    Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
    Add the seasoned beef slices to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.

  4. Cook the vegetables:
    In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
    Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
    Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5–7 minutes, or until they brown slightly.

  5. Combine and simmer:
    Once the potatoes have browned, add the mixed vegetables to the skillet.
    Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
    Return the cooked beef to the skillet and stir everything together.

  6. Simmer and serve:
    Reduce the heat to medium-low and let the mixture simmer for 10–15 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the flavors are well combined.
    Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
    Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.

  7. Serve warm.
    Serve the beef, potatoes, and mixed vegetables hot, either on their own or with crusty bread or rice.
