Aceh Fried Noodles with Shrimp Homemade

Hello everyone how are you today? wish you good health always. Today I want to share the Aceh Shrimp Noodle recipe. Mie Aceh is famous for being different than the noodles of other regions in Indonesia. Mie Aceh is famous for using a lot of spices and is very tasty and savory.

Incidentally today I made my own Aceh noodle seasoning The ingredients are as follows;

• 1 kg of yellow noodles,

• 300gr shrimp

• cabbage and cauliflower,

• leek and leek soup.

• Sweet and salty soy sauce
• chilli sauce
• oyster sauce
• ground pepper
• royco
• salt
• oil

As for the seasonings to be blended are;

• 10 shallots
• 5 garlic
• 10 red chilies
• 1 tablespoon of chili powder
• 5 candlenuts
• 5 cayenne pepper
• 1 ounce rebon shrimp
• 1 tomato

How to make it as follows;
First heat the oil then add the spices that have been in the blender.

Cook until the spices are cooked.

Second enter the shrimp and vegetables give a little water.

Third, add other seasonings such as soy sauce, chili sauce and oyster sauce, ground pepper, salt, and royco.

Cover briefly so that the vegetables are cooked perfectly.

Then enter the yellow noodles and stir until evenly distributed. Keep stirring until the spices are absorbed.

Fry the noodles until evenly all the spices and taste test which one is lacking in seasoning.
