Hello friends, a pleasure to meet you again in this community of #steemfoods, today I come to prepare this delicious Venezuelan dish, cheese tequeños with smoked chorizo.


Hola amigos, un placer encontrarme con ustedes otra vez en esta comunidad de #steemfoods, hoy vengo a prepararles este delicioso platillo venezolano, tequeños de queso con chorizo ahumado.

Ingredients


1 smoked chorizo
1/5 of white cheese
1 egg
400 grams of wheat flour
100 grams of margarine
Salt

Ingredientes

1 Chorizo ahumado
1/5 de queso blanco
1 huevo
400 gramos de harina de trigo
100 gramos de margarina
Sal

Preparation

In a container, we add the egg, the flour, the margarine and a little salt


En un envase, añadimos el huevo, la harina, la margarina y un poco de sal.

Start mixing the ingredients with a little water, then knead for about 20 minutes. Let it rest for half an hour


Empezar a mezclar los ingredientes con un poco de agua, luego amasamos por aproxidamente 20 minutos. Dejamos reposar por media hora

We spread the dough with a rolling pin until it is very thin and then we begin to cut small strips to assemble the tequeños


Extendemos la masa con un rodillo hasta que quede muy fina y luego comenzamos a cortar pequeñas tiras para armar los tequeños.

Cortamos en tiras el queso y el chorizo ahumado para darle forma a los tequeños, esta forma ayudara a envolver la masa

Put the cheese and chorizo ​​strips together and wrap in the dough, starting at the extremes and ending in the center.


Juntamos las tiras de queso y de chorizo y envolvemos en la masa, empezando por los extremos y terminando en el centro.

Once our tequeños are formed, we fry them over low heat until they are cooked.


Una vez formados nuestros tequeños, los ponemos a freir a fuego lento hasta que se cocinen.
