Hey guys. Today I make my first post here at Steem Foods!

And for this first post I want to share the recipe for “Fried Chopsticks”

Ingredients that we will need are:

• 3 eggs
• ½ glass of oil
• 1 cup of warm water
• 2 teaspoons of salt
• 1 grated onion
• 1 Chicken broth
• 1 teaspoon baking soup
• 5 tablespoons of Cachaça
• Wheat

I take a bowl and start adding the ingredients except wheat, water, broth and yeast. And I start mixing.

I took the warm water and dissolved the chicken broth.

After everything was mixed, it was time to add the water with the dissolved chicken broth and the yeast.

I mixed some more and gradually added the Wheat. This process I add wheat until you feel the point of the dough.

With that I start to knead the created dough more.

When kneading well, let the dough rest for a few minutes. I left 10 minutes

After that, you take a roll and start to stretch the dough to leave the final part like that.

I start cutting into strips, just like the photo here.

I prepare a frying pan with oil to fry the strips.

Now just go frying normal and wait for it to cool down to be ready to eat.
