My First Baking Experience

Today,I tried to do the baking for the white breads here at Mt.Gahinga Lodge volcanoes safaris, a mostly liked bread 🍞 here for guests.

The Recipe

300g water
100g cooking oil
50g milk
60g sugar
10g salt
30g yeast
3 eggs
1 kg of Baking flour.

Procedure.

Mix water,milk,cooking oil together, then add sugar,salt,yeast,and stir up. Leave the mixture to settle for 5 minutes,then add Baking flour and press the dough. The the dough for 30 minutes to proove .

Portion it and roll into 40g per each small dough, put them in a baking tin and leave them for 20 -30 minutes to proove again.

Put in an Oven and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.

It will come out like this..🥰🍞 yummy!! Yummy!! Yummy!! Someone to join me.
