Assalamualaikum...selamat pagi sahabat steemian dan selamat beraktivitas.
Pagi hari ini saya akan membuat Resoles sosis mayonaise sebagai cemilan lezat untuk keluarga di rumah.

Bahan-bahan untuk membuat kulit Resoles

  • 250gr tepung terigu.
  • 2 sendok makan tepung sagu.
  • 1 butir telur.
  • 1 bungkus susu bubuk.
  • 2 sendok makan margarin yang sudah di panaskan.
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam.
  • 500 ml air.
  • kaldu bubuk

Bahan untuk isi resoles

  • 1 bungkus sosis di potong - potong.
  • mayonaise secukupnya.
  • saus sambal.
  • 1 sachet susu kental manis.
    ** Bahan untuk Melapisi kulit risoles **
  • 2 butir telur, kocok.
  • Tepung Roti secukupnya.
  • Minyak untuk menggoreng.

Cara membuat

  • Campurkan semua bahan yaitu tepung terigu, tepung sagu, susu bubuk, garam, kaldu bubuk, margarin cair aduk dengan mixer tambahkan air dikit demi sedikit untuk membuat adonan kulit resoles terlebih dahulu, lalu aduk adonan menggunakan mixer hingga merata. Pastikan adonannya tidak terlalu kental.

  • Setelah adonan merata diamkan dahulu sekitar 15 menit agar adonan menyatu.

  • Siapkan wajan anti lengket, lalu panaskan dengan api kecil, ambil 1 sendok sayur, tuangkan adonan ke wajan, lebarkan dengan cara memiringkan pan dengan gerakan memutar untuk membuat cetakan kulit resoles.

  • Setelah itu tunggu beberapa saat sampai adonan kulit matang. Jika sudah tidak lengket ketika d goyangkan berarti adonan tersebut sudah matang, angkat dan lakukan berulang sampai adonan kulit habis.

  • setelah itu membuat bahan isi untuk risoles. Siapkan bahan isian seperti sosis yang sudah di iris tipis terlebih dahulu, kemudian mayonaise dan susu kental manis di campurkan kemudian di sisihkan. Setelah itu susun bahan isian risoles yang sudah kita siapkan kemudian di siramkan dengan campuran mayonaise dan susu yang telah kita siapkan sebelumnya.

  • lipat kedua sisi kulit kemudian gulung kulit risoles. Lakukan berulang sampai kulit habis tercetak.

  • Setelah itu lumuri risoles ke dalam kocokan telur lalu gulingkan risoles ke dalam tepung roti.

  • Setelah itu panaskan minyak goreng. Kemudian goreng risoles hingga berwarna kuning kecoklatan namun bisa juga resoles di simpan di lemari pendingin untuk di goreng kapan saja.

Assalamualaikum ... good morning steemian friends and have a nice activity.
This morning I'm going to make Resoles Sausage mayonnaise as a delicious snack for the family back home.

Ingredients for making skin Resoles

  • 250gr of wheat flour.
  • 2 tablespoons of sago flour.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1 pack of powdered milk.
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine that has been heated.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • 500 ml of water.
  • powdered broth.

Materials for the contents of the resoles

  • 1 packet of sausage in pieces.
  • mayonnaise to taste.
  • Chili sauce.
  • 1 sachet of sweetened condensed milk.
    Lining Material
  • 2 eggs beaten off.
  • Bread crumbs.

How to make**

  • Combine all the ingredients, namely flour, sago flour, powdered milk, salt, powdered broth with enough water to make the dough for the resoles first, then stir using a mixer until evenly distributed and leaving no lumps. Make sure the dough is not too thick.

  • Enter the liquid margarine, then stir again until evenly distributed and adjust the texture of the dough by adding enough water.

  • After the dough is evenly distributed, let stand for about 15 minutes so that the dough is combined.

  • Prepare a non-stick frying pan, then heat it over low heat, take 1 ladle of vegetable, pour the mixture into the pan, widen it by tilting the pan in a circular motion to make a resoles skin mold.

  • After that, wait a few moments until the skin dough is cooked. The sign if the dough is cooked is that it is no longer sticky when shaking it then remove the dough. And do it over and over until the skin dough runs out.

  • after that it's time to make the filling material for resoles. Prepare the filling ingredients such as sausage which has been cut into small pieces first, mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk to be placed on top of the resoles.

  • Then roll the resoles that have been arranged with the filling as desired. Usually rolled in an elongated or triangular shape. Do it over and over until the skin runs out printed.

  • After that, dip the resoles k in the egg beaten and then roll the resoles into the breadcrumbs.

  • After that, the resoles are ready to be fried until brownish yellow or you can also store them in the refrigerator to be fried anytime.

  • Serve Mayonnaise Sausage Resoles while warm with bird's eye chilies or chili sauce.
