Barbecue: Filet Mignon SteemFoods 07/06/2021

Hi, guys! I want to share with you the barbecue we made here at home ;)

This time the meat chosen was Filet Mignon
The ingredients I used were:

  • Filet mignon
  • Seasoned salt
  • Black pepper.

Season the meat to your liking. I've been using seasoned salt already to make the job easier. Pepper to taste too.

Prepare that fire in the barbecue with the charcoal. Wait about 20 minutes on average for it to be hot and then place the meat.

Always take care of the temperature of the fire so as not to burn or go beyond your desired point.

We turn the meat and wait until you reach your taste of time and point.

Then it's time to take the meat off the barbecue and enjoy that it's hot to serve!

Barbecue here at home is something we do almost every week.
