Hy steemians hope you are good and healthy in your respective lifes yet we are celebratingEID which us blessed by our Allah after offering salah fasting nad qayam ul lail. This is our gift where we celebrate all over the world so happy Eid Mubarak. Here i am posting in Steemfoods where the contest is means to elaborate your favourite chef in family.

This post is delegate to family where everyone cooked perfect and delicious foods. Yet mothers place can't be replaced by anyone in the world, held excluding her my sister also used to make very delicious foods. She knows all types of foods, so here i will share on of the most favourite dish cook in Pakistan.

My favourite chef

My sister used to make very delicious foods, we all appreciate them and like alot. We always have to appreciate our family members in their field of expertise, yet my sister is an accountant but she is very much interested in making foods doing different types of experiments 😅but we always do appreciate to her because making food is not easy enough in this summer.

She used to make pasta, karahi, biryani, pilao ,deserts, and cakes. Here we are celebrating EID so i will share with you how she used to make biryani and our traditional dish sheer khurma (sweet dish). This dish sheer khurma is very common in our country after eating this dish you will surely get eidi😅 this is our eid tradition.

I have to share one thing regarding my favourite chef that, my sister told ne that its her hobby to cook food. She mulish me alot to open her cooking channel, so we ultimately opened her cooking channel. If you visited my previous post you will saw there i shared a link of YouTube channel if chicken white karahi . That channel is created for my sister who used to share her cooking skills.

Chicken Tikka biryani by my chef

My mother always used to make biryani on eid but from last year my sister is cooking and mother us doing rest😅. Might she stay a year more because she have to move next house so enjoy untill she ain't go. She cooked biryani and sheer khurma. So lets look how she cook such a delicious food and became our favourite chef...

The company we will use its **Mehran** its very easy to cook by adding these spices along yougurt finally add rice into them and you will get chicken tikka biryani. While some people use to make their own spices but we always use this mehran biryani packet which is extremely delicious

Here we get our chicken tikka biryani

Its time for desert:

You have to take 2 litre milk with vermicelli we called Seviyan cook them for 1 hr to get more thickness. Finally add the seviyan in to that and your dish will be ready. To be honest i don't know how to i just ask from my sister you can see below pictures.

Conclusion

My last words is that we always have to appreciate our family, because they really do hard work in making any dish i don't mean if it's egg ir whatever do support them our support majes them more perfect.
