Procedure

Aman paddy is usually harvested in December and January. And this digital gus bulb cake is made of aman paddy. Other rice cakes are very rare.

Moreover, this cake can be made by cutting IRRI paddy in the month of May-June. Today I am showing the process of making pitha by cutting Iri paddy.

The following steps have to be followed to make a cake from paddy cut paddy.

Step-01

When the paddy is ripe in the field, the paddy should be cut and dried in the sun along with the paddy plants in that land. See the photo below.

Step-02

After drying, the paddy should be brought home by tying the knots and threshing the paddy. Now it does not take much time to thresh.

Step-03

Then the paddy should be shaken and dried in the sun for 3/4 days.

After drying, the paddy has to be matched and the paddy has to be broken or the rice has to be taken out from the paddy in the machine.

Step-04

You have to bring the rice home and separate the powder of paddy from rice.

Step-05

Then the rice should be soaked in water for 30/40 minutes.

After soaking, the rice should be sifted in a plastic bag or in a large deck.

Step-06

Now the rice has to be made into flour in the flour making machine. When soft and wet rice is put in the machine, it becomes flour.

Step-07

Flour is made from rice or flour is made. This dough can be used to make digital gas bulb cakes.

To make a beautiful and delicious cake, the flour should be dried well in the hot sun.

Now you have to give induction to give 1/2 liter of water in a pressure cooker. I will give the lid with the gas exhaust pipe in the middle of the pressure cooker.

I will maximize the power of induction by switching on to give electrical connection to induction with lid.

Step-10

I will fill it with flour or flour made in a plastic funnel by pressing.

Then I will insert the gas exhaust pipe of the pressure cooker inside the starting tube at the bottom of the flour of funnel so that the gases formed in the water at the base of the pressure cooker enter the funnel through the tube and the flour is boiled and the cake is made.

After cooking with gas for 2/3 minutes, digital gas bulb cake was made.

This time I will put the funnel cake down and cook the flour with the funnel in the funnel like before.
