Initiative Program: Discussion Room for Newcomers

The growth of the platform is seen as an important part that should be of concern to all users, the orientation is not only on the quality of the content and the steem investment climate, but the birth of new users becomes an inseparable part of the cycle.

Today the initiative to support newcomers in completing achievement tasks has been carried out well, I as a Steem Representative who has experience in the field of Newcomers guidance through Greater Helpers is trying to make a positive contribution in welcoming newcomers before completing the Pre Achievement.

This initiative is continuous with the previous program that I initiated in the form of a contest. Based on the overall evaluation results, I see the contest as a failure and has no long-term impact on ongoing interactions.

Through this initiative, I personally will make every effort to push my goals and platform goals to the best of my potential.

The steps I did were:

1. Provide positive comments on the task accomplishments of each newcomer.
2. Invite them to join the discussion room
3. Discuss achievements that will be made next or have been completed.
4. Make Alumni from discussion groups as mentors for other newcomers, if they are willing.

Guidance or discussion is carried out to map the obstacles faced, bearing in mind that not all new users have access to the right information in completing the stages of the task that should be carried out. Many newcomers leave because they don't understand and get a good reception.

It is hoped that through this discussion forum, newcomers will get a positive response and they will be more comfortable and focused in completing each stage to be written. The convenience of newcomers is the first step for them to continue to explore their own potential and encourage the birth of other new users every day.

The two communication media above are specifically for newcomers who seriously want to grow on the platform, for those who want to become volunteers, I am happy to accept them as part of this program.

The positive value for newcomers who join us is, I will provide a number of steem power in the form of a delegation to them, the delegated SP is given to those who have shown their interest by actively interacting with other users on the platform. Steem Power's limitations for newcomers will prevent them from doing so, and I'm committed to removing these barriers.
Delegations are given very limited and will be withdrawn when they are deemed independent.

In addition to helping them complete the achievement task, I also totally shape them to become creative and innovative steemians through sharing ideas and seeing potential support that exists and is currently trending on the platform.

Thus I publish this program, I hope this can help newcomers find their identity and explore their potential so that they become productive, active Steemian with informative and educative content.
