COOKING CONTEST WEEK#06: My version of Ginisang Bagoong with Kamias

Hello Steemit friends!!! How are you all doing today? I hope you're doing great, healthy and happy with your family.

I would always love to participate to the competition initiated by @sabbirrr with the theme of “Cooking Contest: Share your Cooking Experience”. By this I can share my cooking recipe to my co-steemians. Though it’s simple but I know each of us have different ways in cooking. And now, I will share mine. My entry for this competition is my version of Ginisang Bagoong with Kamias.

So let’s begin…

INGREDIENTS:

• Bagoong
• Kamias
• Tomatoes
• Garlic
• Green chilli
• White slugar
• Cooking oil

STEP BY STEP PROCESS:

• Rinse the bagoong with water to lessen the saltiness.

• Wash and cut the kamias, tomatoes, green chilli and garlic.

• Heat oil in a pan on a low-medium setting.

• When oil is heated, sauté the onion until it turns golden brown.

• Then add the kamias and tomatoes. Cook until it becomes smooth.

• Then add the green chilli and mix.

• Then add the bagoong and mix again to combine all the ingredients.

• Then lastly, add the sugar. Cook until color of bagoong darkens.

• And here is my dish Ginisang bagoong with Kamias is ready to serve and eat.

This can be for viand, I’m sure you can ask for more rice and also a mouth-watery partner of green mango. So yummy!! And take note steemit friends, even though if it takes weeks this food will not easily get smelly or spoiled.
