THE STEEMIT CITY/ WEEKLY COOKING CONTEST #05/ MY COOKING EXPERIENCE BY:ME
Hi everyone, hello the steemit city!! I hope you are all fine and safe at every home. Today i want to show you guys how i cooked my menu of the day. This is our favorite ulam ,its GINAMAY. My husband love ginamay and my kiddos too.
1/2 kg. Pork
2 pcs. Potato
1 pc. Carrots
1 pc. Onion
3 cloves garlic
1 pc. Red bell pepper
Rocksalt
MSG
Oyster sauce
TOMATO SAUCE
TOMATO PASTE
PROCEDURES:
Wash and cut all the ingredients. Cut the carrots and potato same size. Cut the pork also in the same size. Then set aside and prepare the pan for cooking.
Preheat the pan on a high flame. Add an oil then saute the garlic.
Add the onion.
Add the pork then mix it very well and simmers for 5 minutes.
When the pork slightly cooked, add oyster sauce and mix.
Add the carrots and potato.
Add the red bell pepper.
Add the tomato sauce and tomato paste.
Add rocksalt. You can add other ingredients if you want. Sometimes i add liver, green peas, and pine apple tidbits,its up to you. Even if it is simple recipe today it very delicious pa rin abd affordable.
Add MSG. and the taste its depending on you. Cover and simmers for 10 minutes. Or until the pork are fully cook. You can add water if you like.
Its done. This is our ulam for the day, Ginamay. You can try it at home guys its very delicious and affordable.This is my entry on the weekly cooking contest #05, i hoped you liked it.
