Performance coaching

Today is Monday 04 July. In 2022, I am participating in the first semester evaluation meeting and the second semester work program coordination for the development of work performance. The activity which starts at 09.00 WIB is a routine activity every period which is carried out in the middle of the year.

this time the activity started at 9:00 which was opened directly by the deputy chairman of the Lhokseumawe City Syar'iyah Court, Dr. Amir Khalis. As an introduction, he conveyed the need to improve public services and the importance of the sterilization area.

In his remarks, the Chairman of the Lhokseumawe Sharia Court. Alwin, MH. He said that the coordination meeting held by the Lhokseumawe Syar'iyah Court was aimed at producing maximum and quality results as well as resolving various accountability issues completely. Including the discussion of budget absorption and discussions related to the discussion of increasing discipline for all apparatus
