The poor can be described as having little money or few possessions : not having enough money for the basic things that people need to live properly.link
The definition of a poor person is usually classified in terms of monetary value only but then again it exceeds money, someone can be poor in other aspect of his life.
The title of the prompt, poor me is an expression showing how reduced the person in question is when compared to others.
This kind of feeling is usually due to self pity and inferiority complex he has. Such person would always feel sad and have compassion on himself all the time and this will definitely lead to slow or no progress at all.
Never be among the set of people that tell themselves, 'poor me'.
