Assalamu Alaikum Steem's Friends. Greetings to you all. I am fine by the grace of Allah Almighty and hope you are doing well in your lives as well. May Allah bless you all with health and wellness Aameen. Today weather was hot and humid felt like suffocation in the air I hate this type of weather (Astaghfirullah). My routine was same as like 25 past days. I made a sehri at 2:15 Am at night Sehri was over at 3:18 AM after fajar prayer I slept because yesterday was lailatul qadr that's why I didn't sleep for a while then again wake up at 7:00 AM for kids it was school time at 9:30 I slept again for 2 hours and after that my house chores begun as ususal. As you all know ramadhan is on its end only 4,5 days so these delecious cooking section will be close soon. Today I am sharing the recipe of croquettes with left our Chapli Kabab Mince Mixture. So let's start the recipe.
- In a bowl I took some leftover mince mixture and add capsicum and spinach into this mix well all ingredients.
- Take one egg beaten and bread crumbs and set aside now take small mixture and make balls with mince.
- Now coated these ball with egg and bread crumbs and shape them as you like and fry them in preheated oil in medium low flame.
- Tasty mince croquettes are ready to serve enjoy with ketchup or any sauce.
It's easy and tasty recipe with leftover mince mixture. We work hard to earn a living, food so I advise you all not to waste any food, but to try to make something out of what is left over or give it to someone else. Those who do not have this in their homes. Thank You For Reading My Post.

Croquettes is one of the most practical food in Japan. I also made it once and they said it's delicious.
