Random Mushrooms Found So Far This Year!
I love to go out and find random mushrooms! I don't really know the genus of them, just appreciate the different colours and shapes, I take the photos with my phone not worrying about the perfect shot. Still I love to share! I don't do it for the upvotes, I do it for my personal pleasure, at the same time I do like to share.
Most of these were taken in a wooden area in the small town next to mine. It had been raining for a few weeks so I knew I would be able to find some! This is an activity I like to do to get out of my house to be in nature. I try to find a few different types of mushroom. I don't pick them, it's more for the hunt of finding them in the wild.
In a different wooded area I did find some mushrooms on a tree and some of them fell into the water. At first I thought they were growing in the water but then I looked up and saw they fell from the tree

Now this was an excellent collection.
As for the 1st photo -- I am more than sure it was Hericium coralloides, very rare (and edible) fungus. cheers!
