We review the posts with several hashtags ( #food #travel #sport #lifestyle #health #garden), occasionally checking other tags related to that topics. We check every post before upvoting, making sure that the user is at least in club5050, the post is plagiarism-free, and steemexclusive. Upvote percentage depends on the curator - everyone has the freedom in making the decision on how much VP they want to use in a single upvote, but the total VP has to reach exactly 81% at the end of the shift. Shifts starts every 23,5h and are designed in a way that allows all the members to upvote the publications in a reasonable time (not before 10 am and not after midnight) on their time zones.
