12Ps In Becoming a Money Magnet

1) Passion: You must work from the point of your passion or business/work becomes a struggle. Develop a money making venture around your passion. What fuel is to a car is what passion is to your life. Your passion moves you and also motivates you.

2) Personality: You must know and stay within your personality. Be yourself. You can't be another person and succeed. Do a proper SWOT analysis of yourself. Your personality is programmed to help you succeed.

3)Problem: Find a problem you are created to solve. Develop capacity and skills to solve them. Problem enables our mind to work at the sharpest. So problem is one of the strategies to unveiled creativity.

4) Product: Money hides in value. You need to offer value to get it. Having product to sell or service to render is value. Such product must fit for the problem. Also must be at affordable price. One of the way wealth comes to you is to offer product that have more benefit than the money people pay for it. Look at facebook many are becoming millionaire using it, check amazon, check Microsoft, etc. You product must make people wealthy. We have seven spheres of wealth: health wealth, community wealth, national wealth, personal wealth, kingdom wealth, family wealth and intellectual wealth. Your product must provide of these wealth to the users.

5)People: Locate people that needs what you are offering. It's not everyone that will buy into your products and services. Once you find the people develop the product. You need people first before product. Most people ain't making sales because they think they need shop or office to start selling. it people you need once you know their problem offer services. Once you've build allies and repeated business network then create office where they will meet you.

6) Packaging: The leading word is innovation. Nothing is new everything is just packaging. You hear latest car, latest cloth, latest iphone etc. Even ladies nowadays are more into packaging using essential oils to get hips and buttocks, guys too using oil to have beard, using drug to have muscle build faster as they lift weight. Etc.

7) Promotion: Promotion means for to advertise your products you must promote ypur product and self. Promotion makes your products available, it project your image in the minds of people. Promotion is one of the strategies to control people's mind. Because they go for the picture of what was in their mind. If your products is absent in their mind, it means you are absent in their head. Your self-image is part of promotion tools.

8) Platform: It talks about where you are situated to operate. Create a platform to project what you are doing or use available platform. Online platform has proven to be the fastest means to reach people. facebook, jiji, amazon, Nigeria property centre site, etc are platform for promotion.

9) Present: Every little opportunity present your product not on others' platform. When you meet new people within three minutes you should be able to talk about your products or service to them.

10) Pricing: Don't over price and don't under price. Maintain equilibrium in your pricing system. Let your price be such that customers can pay for the value you offer. The price should commensurate the product value. However, if it take low price for customers to have a feel of your product first. Kindly do because they can know the value unless they taste it. Once they recognise the value they also will help in promoting your product.

11) Profit: You need to measure the profitability of the product or service you're rendering. This goes in two ways: the profitability based on the problem and the return based on value you get back. If your product doesn't profit buyer, they won't help in the promotion and they will deprive you of values. Conversely, they will promote your product if they derive maximum benefit from it. Also, you won't try to satisfy customers and loss. Balance must be checkmate, you must gain and also your customers.

12) Posterity: Do things because of people around you, your love ones, that is what it means to leave a legacy. When it comes to the subject of money, you must update yourself or else you will be outdated. Wealth is not only about you gathering it, but about being a channel through which other people will be blessed. Wealth will become a trap if you are not a channel of distribution. Think about how to benefit humanity. Then will wealth be coming back to you in a bigger measure.

Seriously ehhh this is a point that most business people don’t take into consideration, they just hike price unnecessarily and even their output is not worth the price hike
