Introduction

Hello guys greatings to you all, it's my pleasure to be in this wonderful contest and it's my first entry to so on this one I will be teaching you guys on how to make chin chin so I hope I learn from this and try yours too .

How To Make Chin chin

Today I will be teaching you guys on how to make one portion chin chin and what I mean is small portion because chin chin has measurements and I will teach you how to use the measurement cup and spoon. The first thing you do when you want to make chin chin is to get all your material ready on ground. So here are the ingredients and it's measurements.

Ingredients for chin chin

Flour _ four (4) cup
Sugar _ five (5) Table spoon
Milk _ Two (2) Table spoon
Milk flavour (2) Table spoon
Beaking powder _ One (1) Tee spoon
Corn strach _ half (1/2) Table spoon
Egg _ one (1) big one
Flavour _ one (1) cap that is the cover
Veniga _ one (1) cap
Water _ one (1) cup

Procedures

Before you start mixing your chin chin the first thing to do is to seave your flour because sometimes you can find some dirt in it so it's adviceable to do so then you add all your ingredients except water then you mix them properly before adding your water and when adding your water do not turn all the cup of water at once so it won't get too soft.

When your chin chin mixture is very soft is will souck oil and it's not good for the health so when mixing it add the water gradually and mix till it becomes smooth but make sure it's not too solf then you put it in a neylon to rest for about
5 minutes before you start cutting it small small then use your rolling pain to roll it flat then use knife to cut it to the size of your choice.

After cutting all your chin chin the next thing to set your pot on fire then add your vegetable oil to the pot but make sure the heat of your fire is not high so that your chin chin will not get burnt before it done so make sure the heat is low so that when it's done the face will look attractive and it will also have that crunchy sound.

When frying your chin chin make sure the vegetable oil is a bit much and also add the already cut chin chin small at a time so that it will not have bruises when turning it on fire. So after frying to put them in a bowl then allow it to cool down before or packing it if it's meant for sale but if it's for personally use and you are not ready to use it at that moment you can put it in a container so that air with not get into it.

Wow that's really an interesting work
At least I now have a little idea of how to make a chin-chin but I still will not try it ok let me not go and waste money😂
