ABA CITY STEEMALIVE CITY CORDINATOR'S (SCC) REPORT FOR THE PERIOD 16TH MAY-22ND MAY,2021
INTRODUCTION
The weekly Cordinator's report is a summary of activities that happened in the city over the last 7 days.The city Aba have always witnessed progress as per number of new members and and increased engagement.
Below is a list of steemit activities that I engaged on within the week for the city of Aba 👇
•FULL RESUMPTION AT THE ABA TRAINING CENTRE
In the last report I said that I would be staying full time at the training centre and I fulfilled that particular promise.I resumed fully at the training centre on Monday the 17th day of May.This is to help to mentor and train new and incoming steemians to join and understand the rudiments of steemit.Our old members are also free to visit the centre so that we can learn and discuss ways to promote Steemit in Aba.
In a bid to promote Steemit and to serve and maintain the affairs of Aba Steemians I have acquired a new laptop(Dell; Corei3) in order to make the mentorship and training easier and faster.The laptop and other accessories cost me around (330 steem).

•WELCOMING AND GUIDING NEWBIES
Within the week under review.A good number of persons have always showed up at the training centre to make enquiries about how to join steemit.Some of them do not have an internet enabled phone and after they were briefed on how steeemit works.They agreed to an internet enabled phone soonest so that they start blogging on Steemit.

Within the week myself and @focusnow visited @meymeyshops and fotunately we also met @emjeak there and @meymeyshops gladly entertained us with drinks at her shop.

•PROMOTING STEEMIT AT REAL FM RADIO STATION
The third task for the week was to promote Steemit at one of the popular and the most sort-after radio house in Aba city called Real fm 99.1 fm.
I went to the radio house with @ninapenda who is also a member of the crew at the Aba Steemit training centre.There we introduced Steemit and explained how one can join and blog original contents.A lot of persons including our Aba steemains listened to the Steemit promotion program on radio too.

PLANS FOR THE NEW WEEK
•More awareness about Steemit would be created through the social media,one on one method and through sharing of flyers.
•Attending to incoming members and new members would also continue as I will always be available at the training centre through the week.
•Live seminar would also hold on Saturday at the training centre to educate more people about Steemit and the need to join.
•Plans to visit some agencies and organized bodies to inform them about the prospect of joining Steemit among other things.
I wish to commend @mesonia and @ninapenda for making effort to share steemit flyers to people in Aba on Saturday.
Special thanks to @focusnow for always being at the fore-front of promoting Steemit in Aba and Nigeria at large.His tireless efforts cannot go unnoticed.
