Hi @tangofever, thank you for your interest in our decentralized moderation incentive service. Due to an extraordinary backlog of flags, we will be requiring participants to delegate as a means to cover the overhead of continued operations.

The present system is designed to prioritize the payout of delegator flags but it has proven to not be enough to maintain timely payouts. I will be developing a system of compensation and the tentative value I am considering is enough Steem Power to cover at least a portion of the downvote reward shares.

I will be developing a variable ROI that is calculated that is based on the VESTS of the corresponding delegation amount and duration. That is currently not in place but as our supporters take priority we will refrain from approving flags from those that do not delegate until we are caught up.

This will make it so that our ability to compensate isn't based on the altruism of a few and then we will be able to compensate more flags and ramp up our efforts to clean Steem. Thank you for your understanding.
