Publish0x, the crypto-powered blogging platform, has recently made a much needed improvement to their coin withdrawal system allowing users to select different withdrawal wallets for each type of coin they can earn on the site.

Publish0x Overview

For those who don't know, Publish0x is a crypto-oriented social media/blogging site. It's a little different than others, however, in that anyone can dive right in and start earning without having to purchase anything, write anything, or even know a single thing about cryptocurrency! They do not have their own coin, instead tips are paid out in three different existing cryptocurrencies (DAI, BAT, and LRC). All tips come from Publish0x's pocket. No payments, contributions, or coins are ever required from the readers and authors!

At the bottom of each article or post is the option to give the author a tip. Thought in a bit of a twist, you are also given a slider to decide how much of the tip should go to you for reading the article! That's right, you can get paid just for reading!

As you might expect, the tips are small, but over time they do add up, and since there is zero investment on the users' part (aside from time), if you would be reading the articles anyway, then it's a win all around!

There is a limit to the number of times each user can tip in a day, so you really only need to look at posts that you are interested in.

Withdrawals

Once your coin accumulations reach a certain point, you can withdraw them to your own, external wallet. Until a few days before this post, you were only allowed to have a single outgoing address. The tokens all exist on the Ethereum network, so that was fine in regards to basic functionality. But there may be times when you wish for one coin to go to one address and another token to go to a different address.

Now you can set up an individual address for each coin type!

Unfortunately, this change came just a bit too late for me, as last week I accidentally sent my accumulated DAI to a BAT address on the Voyager app. They are both Ethereum tokens, so it's really an ETH address, but Voyager doesn't support DAI in their app and for some reason they have refused to help me move my DAI to address I can access! Anyway, with this new Publish0x system, I can now provide a specific address for my DAI and avoid this issue in the future.

There are a number of free, software wallets you can use to hold all these tokens if you don't want to manage you own ETH address (which you can easily do with the Metamask extension). Atomic wallet, as suggested in the screenshot above, is a good choice. They even offer in-wallet staking on a number of coins (though none of the three given out by Publish0x unfortunately).
