CONTEST & Winners! Choices! What will it be? #54

Hello dear steemian ladies, this is @fortwis09 and she's back here to follow up with the choices contest, hosted by @patjewel. The contests gives me so much joy to participate in.

For this weeks choice I choose traffic, well a story came to my mind for this and I'll share it with you.

Traffic is actually a term used to depict an abrupt stop in something until it can be continued later.

The general traffic we all know is that which happens on the road. I've experienced this a thousand times and trust me it rarely is an enjoyable experience, traffic makes me run late to school and my explanation is totally not accepted because it seems to happen to everyone.

I had a very important test one day and I wanted to arrive early for the test, but unfortunately that day a car broke down along the road and it took ages to get it out of there I ended missing the test though, my teacher gave me an opportunity to write again.

Most at times traffic is caused by the breakdown of vehicles along the road other times it can be caused by various other problems, a road safety personnel is usually here in my country to direct the traffic, this makes the traffic a bit bearable but it still takes time.

The story is about a girl who grew up in a town where traffic was the order of the day.

Her name is Lydia, she grew up in an urban city which was kinda overpopulated, so there was always traffic unless you woke up very early in the morning, soon she got used to it, but she moved to a rural area by the age of twelve due to lack of money by her parents.

However, she completed her studies with the aid of a relative, and was moved to the city to start work. Unfortunately for her, she woke up really late, and had to jam the traffic, she got late on her first day to work, but she was reprimanded seriously by her bus, she didn't want to lose the job for any reason and tried to wake up early every other day.

Soon she became comfortable and was able to afford to take good care of her parents.

One day, though she woke up early, a trailer hit a pole and thay caused the traffick for that day, she was really frustrated because she was supposed to be promoted that day, as she turned of her engine waiting, another car parked beside her, and she noticed that the boot of the car was open, she quickly waved to whoever was there to get the attention.

The owner of the car wound down the window, a tall young handsome man responded, and she was speechless for a while but she soon recovered and told him about the open boot, he thanked her for it, and shut it properly, they exchanged contacts and soon the lane was cleared for people to pass.

When she got to work, the meeting had not started because, the manager of the head office hadn't arrived, when he did arrive, to Lydia's surprise it was the man she had seen, whose name was Leo. She got the promotion, and continued working.

Leo picked an interest in her and they got to know each other, soon they started dating. They got to see both parents and had a blissful union.

So sweet right?
Well they met in a traffic.
