I bring you greetings from Lagos Nigeria. I believe you are all doing amazing from wherever you are.

After a brief break on our show Talktofaith Shows, we resumed again on Tuesday 27th August, 2023.

Though i encountered a couple of challenges that led to our pause, including availability of speakers.

But I wish to announce to us that we are back and live.

Brief Summary Of The Show

The title of this week's show was, 'How to be in the spotlight in your business or workplace'.

We had 2 speakers (Miss Joy and Arleen Obi), and the show was divided into part 1 and part 2.

Though I was supposed to have the 2 speakers once. But due to the network challenge of the second speaker, I had to split the show into 2 sessions of part 1 and part 2.

Part 1 Session With Miss Joy

Miss Joy our first speaker, spoke on how to be in the spotlight in your organization or company as an employee.

And she was a case study of an employee who was able to climb to the spotlight in the different organizations she has worked in.

In one of the organizations she worked in, she won an all expense paid trip to Dubai for 2 weeks. This was because she was at the spotlight.

She highlighted a couple of things an employee should do, if he or she must be in the spotlight.

• Humility.
• Going the extra mile in your job.
• Form a habit around hard and difficult task.
• Be self motivated.
• Do your job as though you are the owner of the organization.
• Etc.

I can go on and on to highlight all she spoke about, but you can visit the channel and watch the show to hear from the horse's mouth.

Part 2 Session with Arleen Obi

Arleen Obi is a business coach, entrepreneur and high ticket consultant.

She spoke on how to be in the spotlight in your business as an entrepreneur or business owner.

She was also a good example of one who had climbed to the spotlight in her business after a few years of consistency.

According to her, she was a broke young lady struggling to eat, and out of hunger she was motivated to keep pushing and remain consistent with what she was doing.

She also highlighted some attributes that had helped her climb to the spotlight during this few years.

• Show up every day.
• Don't give up.
• Believe in yourself.
• Collaborate with senior partners.
• Rendering Volunteer jobs as a starter.
• Learn and advance yourself in your field.
• Growth
• Etc.

She spoke about a lot of things, which you need to visit the channel to access the video first hand if you must enjoy it all in details.

These ladies are loaded with words of wisdom plus years of experience in their fields. The show was 💯 worth it and I recommend everyone reading this post to visit and learn.

Though the channel is dedicated to every topic that revolves around woman, but the topic that was discussed in this show is a universal topic that concerns both men and women.
