Hello fellow steemias, it's great to be back with this week's engagement challenge of the diarygame.
I will be sharing my diary of December 10th 2022.

Morning

As early as 4:00am I woke everyone up for a family morning devotion before we set out to a cousin's house who was getting that very day. Though preparations and other cooking commenced the previous day.
By 5:32am my elder sister and I were already in our uncle's house for chores and joined other family members who slept there then we cooked tuwo and two different soups.
The wedding was scheduled for 10:00am in the church and by 8:29am, we were done with every work and then we returned home to prepare for the wedding.

Getting home, I took my bath and decided to have a little rest hence there was little time left but I eventually woke around 11:47am and was behind schedule already so I quickly dressed up and left.

Getting to the church was already noon and the wedding sermon was on before prayers was said for the couple and we matched outside for group pictures with the newest couple before boarding a bike down to the reception venue.

Reception was behind schedule due to unknown reason though the couple, DJ, MC and signatories were already at the venue but it ended in success and I got to meet some of my other extended family members I haven't seen in a while as I've already met with some the previous day.
We were served masa, rice and drinks at the reception.

I was already worn out by the time I got home so I quickly took a shower and went straight to bed after a short prayer as I've already eaten at the wedding reception.

I am so happy for my cousin and I wish them happy married life.
