Today I am here with one of special recipe which is very healthy and perfect drink for this summer. Let's start,

Making Process

Step- I

---

First I took two tablespoons of sugar in a cup. Those of you on a sugar diet can skip this step or use zero cal, it's up to you. I've used a small amount of sugar here because I'll be using soft water later to sweeten my drink. I first make syrup by mixing two spoons of sugar with little water.

Then I take mint leaves. Clean them well. After cleaning, soak the leaves in water for five minutes. By doing this, there will be no dust on the leaves.

Then I take a lemon. I first cut the lemons into rounds for the garnish. After cutting the lemons for the garnish, I cut the lemons into small pieces.

At this step I take a serving glass. First I add my sliced lemons to the glass. The lemons I used here don't have much juice. You can add lemon juice separately if you want, I didn't have lemon so I didn't add lemon juice. After adding lemon, lightly mash the mint leaves with the help of hand and put it in the glass.

Then I used spice bit salt. I used this salt sparingly. Adding this salt enhances the flavor of the drinks I make. As you can see here I used a small amount of salt.

In this step I mash the lemon and mint leaves with a muddler. Here the more you press the more the flavor of your dinks will increase. Pressing with a muddler will extract the juice from the lemon and enhance the flavor of the mint leaves.

In this step I used ice cubes. I put three ice cubes in the serving glass. After adding the ice cubes, I added 2 tbsp of my pre-made sugar syrup. Since I eat less sweets, I used less sugar syrup. If you want, you can add different types of flavors in this step. Since this is a mocktail drinks recipe, you can add any flavor you want here.

This is the last step in making my mocktail where I will use coldrings or carbonated soda. I fill the glass with soft drinks. I have used our country's popular Seven Up Coldrings here. The interesting thing is that as soon as cold dinks are given, the following ingredients will float to the top means lemon slices, mint leaves and ice will move to the top.

Finally, When my Virgin Mojit recipe is complete, I garnish it with a lemon slice and a straw before serving. Then do some photography and take a selfie to share with you.
