I am a citizen of Bangladesh, there are many vegetables or crops in our country, especially every day in the morning, vegetables are available in the vegetable market in our area, fresh vegetables are very beneficial for health, if the vegetables are not fresh, then it spoils the flavor of the curry and they are harmful to the body.

We take many delicious foods in our diet every day, according to experts, if the food is not tasty, even if it is a good quality food, it will not be beneficial for the body because the quality of the food is related to the nutritional quality.
