Achievement 2 @danogun Task : Basic Security on Steem

Good day to us all, I will be writing on basic security on steemit with my answers to the questions below.

• Question 1: Have you retrieve all your keys on steemit?

Yes I have retrieve all of my keys and they are saved in a place I can easily access.

• Question2: Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?

Yes I do know the key, their function and restrictions. Below are the details of the key

1. Tron keys is used to access and authorize any transaction that deal with the Tron wallet in the wallet account.
2. Posting key is used for the purpose of making article or comment and also for making of upvote on another person's post and resteeming actions. It's can not be used for authorization of token transfer.
3. Active key is used for the authorization of token transfer and all other activities related to the steemit wallet. It is also use for voting of witnesses and to power up and power down steem power.
4. Owner key is used to majorly recover account when other password are been lost and to reset all other keys.
5. Memo key is used to encrypte messages or post and it is also used to decrypt the message.

• Question 3: How do you plan to keep your master password?

Master password is the king of all the keys and I stored it offline in a sheet of page in my dairy for access. And I also have a copy in my drive to avoid loss.

• Question 4: Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?

Yes I do.
To transfer steem from one account to another, u have to visit the steemit wallet site. Login with your active key and then click on steem, then transfer. Input the username of the account and the amount of steem you are willing to sent.

• Question 5: Do you know how to power up your STEEM?

Yes I do.
To power up steem. You visit the steem wallet site and click on steem like u want to transfer token, then you will see the power up option. Then input the amount of steem you are willing to power up. Then authorize the transaction.
