প্রথমত, আমাকে আবার কমিউনিটি কিউরেটর হিসেবে বেছে নেওয়ার জন্য স্টিমিট টিমকে (@steemitblog) অনেক ধন্যবাদ। এটি আরেকটি মাস যখন আমি একজন কিউরেটর হওয়ার সুযোগ পাই এবং এটির একটি অংশ হতে পারা খুবই সম্মানের। টিম ৫-এর পক্ষ থেকে এই পোস্টে, আমি বাঙালিদের কাছে নির্দেশিকা শেয়ার করব যে কীভাবে তারা মানসম্পন্ন পোস্ট তৈরি করতে পারে এবং তারা সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয়তা খুঁজে পেতে পারে। আমাদের টিম লিডারের গাইড অনুযায়ী আমি এটা আমার মাতৃভাষা বাংলায় শেয়ার করছি।

First of all, Thanks a lot to steemit team (@steemitblog) for choosing me as community curator once again. This is another month when I get the chance to be a curator and its such an honor to be a part of it. In this post on behalf of team 5, I will share guidelines to my native Bengali people that how they can produce quality contents and they can find all requirements. According to our team leader's guide I'm sharing this in my native language Bangla.

• আমরা কোনো নির্দিষ্ট ট্যাগ অনুসরণ করব না, আমরা পুরো স্টিমিট প্ল্যাটফর্মে মানসম্পন্ন পোস্ট এবং মন্তব্য খুঁজব।

• We will not follow any particular tag, we will look for quality posts and comments on the entire Steemit platform.

• ব্যবহারকারীকে অবশ্যই সঠিকভাবে ক্লাব৫০৫০ বা ক্লাব৭৫ বা ক্লাব১০০ অনুসরণ করতে হবে।

• User must correctly follow club5050 or club75 or club100.

• বিষয়বস্তু চুরি মুক্ত হতে হবে, এর জন্য আমাদের কাছে চুরির ডিটেক্টর রয়েছে এবং দলের প্রতিটি সদস্য এই ঘটনা সম্পর্কে সতর্ক থাকবে।

• The content must be free of plagiarism, for this we have plagiarism detectors, and each member of the team will be alert to this eventuality.

• বিষয়বস্তু অবশ্যই #steemexclusive হতে হবে।

• The content must be #steemexclusive.

• পোস্টে কমপক্ষে ৩০০ শব্দ থাকতে হবে। যদিও কম শব্দের উচ্চ মানের পোস্ট থাকতে পারে, তবে প্রতিটি দলের সদস্যকে অবশ্যই সতর্ক থাকতে হবে এবং সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে হবে যে পোস্টটি সত্যিই মানের কিনা।

• The post must contain at least 300 words. Although there may be high quality posts with fewer words, each team member must be vigilant and decide if the post is truly quality.

• মানসম্পন্ন ভাষ্যটি বা কমেন্টটি যা পোস্ট করা হচ্ছে তার সাথে সঙ্গতিপূর্ণ হওয়া উচিত এবং আলোচনার বিষয়বস্তুতে অবদান রাখে এমন তথ্য থাকতে হবে।

• The quality commentary should be in line with what is being posted and contain information that contributes to the topic under discussion.

• ছবিগুলি কপিরাইট মুক্ত হওয়া উচিত এবং উত্স উল্লেখ করতে হবে ৷

• Images should be copyright free and should show the source of the image.

• ব্যবহারকারীদের বোটভোট মুক্ত হতে হবে।

• Users must be free of bot votes.

• প্রতিটি দলের সদস্য, তার কিউরেশনের সময়, তিনি যে পোস্টের জন্য ভোট দিয়েছেন সেখানে একটি কমেন্ট বা বার্তা দেবেন, যেখানে শতাংশ ভোট দিয়েছেন এবং যে দলের সদস্য ভোটটি কার্যকর করেছেন তার নাম প্রতিফলিত হবে।

• Each team member, in his or her curation time, will leave a message in the post for which he or she voted, where the percentage voted and the name of the team member who executed the vote will be reflected.
