The inherent ability of the quantum computers to process information at an unprecedented rate, makes this field a hot issue in the scientific circles. Unlike traditional computers, called binary computers, which work with binary digits or bits, quantum computers run on diffident levels of qubits to function. These qubits have unique characteristics of existence in both 0 and 1 simultaneously and can even be related and can perform massive parallel computation at once.

A spectacular admissibility of a quantum computer is to double as a quantum cryptography tool that enables the transfer of secret keys in a manner that cannot be broken. Besides, the particularity of quantum computing resides in its capability to solve intricate optimization problems, simulate the fundamental laws of nature, and accelerate the process of drug discovery and material science development.

Nonetheless, operation of quantum computing is not an easy task. Scientists, particularly in the field of quantum computing, encounter a lot of issues which include but are not limited to the challenge of building and modelling the systems at a larger scale than currently achievable. The scientists face inherent challenges like qubit coherence, error correction and scalability of the overall system. Likewise, although researchers from all over the world are challenging these obstacles, it is in this race that they are getting closer to the limitless possibilities of working with quantum computing and so, will usher in a new age of innovation in technology.
