Business must always be separated from feelings or emotions, as unfortunately these are things that can affect our judgment when making a decision, so limits are important. And as far as experience goes, I agree with you, as we grow we will gain experience of our own and other colleagues.
Exactly, our decisions in business should be taken without emotions and sentiments but with the greater good of the business in mind and with the result in view.
